Receipt and identification of goods
Concept/WMS allows you to manage physical flows by identifying goods passing through the warehouse and optimising receipt and control. Each item entering the warehouse is identified by reading the barcode or RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag, and the WMS automatically receives and updates the information
in the database.
Location and Load Unit Management
Act directly on LUs and locations for immediate traceability of the location of finished products, materials and their certificates.
Space Allocation and Optimisation
WMS can define and advise on the best location for the allocation of items, packs or pallets, taking into account the requirements of the warehouse.
Rotation and handling
Goods handling times are optimised, meeting the needs for efficiency, timesaving and standardisation of handling. WMS also enables batch traceability and the recording of expiry, shelf life and serial numbers.
Picking Missions
Picking from the warehouse shelves can be managed automatically or semi-automatically. For each item picked, the barcode is read and the information is updated
in real time.

We carried out an integration with the design software Inventor. The possibility to program between three-dimensional drawing environments and the BOM has turned out to be fantastic. These days, if a management software isn’t as fast as a click, it’s of little use in a company like ours that performs custom design. A machine that is 50% standard with the other 50% requiring customisation every day, or you’re able to transfer a BOM the moment you have the 3D design. Today we’ve cut the time from design to ordering the materials and starting machining by I think at least 50/60%, maybe more.
