Zebra 1D USB laser barcode reader

With the LI2208 scanner, customers can start reading barcodes for mobile and electronic devices right from the word go, without sacrificing scanning performance in any way. A patented optics design ensures the finest operating range in the industry, and because barcodes can be captured from the most extreme angles, operators spend less time orienting the scanner, boosting productivity.

Zebra 1D bluetooth laser barcode reader

The LS3578-ER reinforced cordless scanner reads labels even at a distance of 13.7 metres or virtually touching (0.64 cm), thanks to the largest operating range of all reinforced handheld scanners. Designed for use in loading and unloading areas, distribution centres, manufacturing plants and other harsh environments, this scanner withstands being dropped multiple times onto concrete and features an IP65 watertight seal that protects it from weather and environmental conditions.

Off-line handheld terminal with barcode

The Chiperlab off-line handheld terminal with barcode reader is used in conjunction with the Handheld Terminal Operations Add-on and allows 1D barcode reading for packing lists, sending materials for work, job time recording or warehouse inventories. Fitted with a rechargeable lithium battery that lasts for more than 100 consecutive hours, once data collection is complete the operator has to download the data through the recharge and communication cradle using the appropriate
Concept functions.

Zebra printers

Thanks to their low price, ease of use, metal construction and wide range of connectivity options, Zebra printers offer outstanding performance in a multitude of applications. We primarily recommend two models: the ZT230 for all kinds of labels attached to manufactured parts and the ZT410 in combination with the Location Module and UDC.
Like Dymo printers, they are perfectly integrated into the Concept systems through the printing of labels, packing lists and other associated functions.

Zebra mobile computer

The Zebra MC9200 Mobile Computer is the next generation of the MC9000 series, the industry standard for mobility in inventory and asset management in the harshest environments, from warehouse areas to loading/unloading platforms. This terminal is recommended in combination with the Location Module and LU to perform all transfer operations quickly, safely and conveniently. Equipped with the Windows CE 6.0 operating system, the terminal communicates with the Azerouno Service via Wi-Fi and allows the user to move around the company as long as there is wireless signal coverage. From the menu, the user can create new LUs (Loading Units), transfer existing LUs from one location to another, generate Packing Lists, receive goods from a supplier or send goods to a customer. The terminal can be used with Azerouno Service to print all labels from the printer associated with the user who is operating the terminal. We recommend the use of spare batteries and multiple chargers so that you always have a fully charged spare available and never have to stop. We recommend the adoption of this terminal to any operator/warehouse manager who handles raw materials, semi-finished or finished products within the company. A Mobile Terminal Access Licence must be purchased for each Zebra MC9200 Mobile Computer.

Ask those who’ve already tried it

We carried out an integration with the design software Inventor. The possibility to program between three-dimensional drawing environments and the BOM has turned out to be fantastic. These days, if a management software isn’t as fast as a click, it’s of little use in a company like ours that performs custom design. A machine that is 50% standard with the other 50% requiring customisation every day, or you’re able to transfer a BOM the moment you have the 3D design. Today we’ve cut the time from design to ordering the materials and starting machining by I think at least 50/60%, maybe more.

We had tried various management systems, the first one for a year, the second for two years, through to the last one, which we used for almost seven years. However, I noticed that they were all complicated and we couldn’t do what we wanted. When I came across Concept everything changed, both at management and programming level.
