We carried out an integration with the design software Inventor. The possibility to program between three-dimensional drawing environments and the BOM has turned out to be fantastic. These days, if a management software isn’t as fast as a click, it’s of little use in a company like ours that performs custom design. A machine that is 50% standard with the other 50% requiring customisation every day, or you’re able to transfer a BOM the moment you have the 3D design. Today we’ve cut the time from design to ordering the materials and starting machining by I think at least 50/60%, maybe more.

The biggest advantage is that you have all the answers in one place. The innovation I’ve been able to inject into my company through Concept is that I can give immediate answers. Our customers praise the fact that we can give them immediate answers. Complete traceability of every process, from cutting to all the various operations, all in one place. This is priceless in my opinion, an indispensable tool.

We had tried various management systems, the first one for a year, the second for two years, through to the last one, which we used for almost seven years. However, I noticed that they were all complicated and we couldn’t do what we wanted. When I came across Concept everything changed, both at management and programming level. It speeded up all the order input times, bills of materials, and even speeded up the final balances without driving us crazy.
