Multilevel BOM with attachments

The BOM generated by Concept is multilevel and contains multiple, easily traceable documents in one place. You can attach files in different formats, including CAD/CAM drawings. This gives you access to all the information you need on one screen.

Integrated production

The process is really simple: you generate the Production Order from the Bill of Materials, with the corresponding data sheet. Thanks to the automatic barcodes, subdivided by specific processes, you launch production in the workshop and check each step, in real time.

Revision management

You can make changes to both the BOM and the Production Order. Revision management is optimised so that you can clearly visualise each change through specific symbols and access all previous versions.

Non-production activities on the shop floor, such as machine maintenance or cleaning, are important too. Concept® takes these activities into account to give you an overall view and a realistic analysis of the data.

Ask those who’ve already tried it

We carried out an integration with the design software Inventor. The possibility to program between three-dimensional drawing environments and the BOM has turned out to be fantastic. These days, if a management software isn’t as fast as a click, it’s of little use in a company like ours that performs custom design. A machine that is 50% standard with the other 50% requiring customisation every day, or you’re able to transfer a BOM the moment you have the 3D design. Today we’ve cut the time from design to ordering the materials and starting machining by I think at least 50/60%, maybe more.
